Riding without a saddle is now also horse-friendly! Most bareback pads are more harmful to the horse than comfortable because the girths run directly over the horse's back and "distribute" the weight to a maximum of two spinous processes. The Barefoot Ride-On-Pad has a V-strapping which distributes the pressure over the entire pad via invisible straps. We have deliberately omitted the possibility of attaching stirrups, as standing in the stirrups would also lead to localised pressure.
The Ride-On-Pad is padded with high-density foam of different thicknesses and has a very good hold on the horse's back due to the Sympanova underside material. The microfibre top gives the rider a good grip even during fast movements. The girth is stabilised by patches. The patches have an underside made of real sheep's wool and are therefore very fur-friendly and the girth does not chafe.
We recommend the combination with the Barefoot short girth.
